We offer registration tiers for both in-person and virtual attendance.  

To register for the QPRC 2022 conference and the Short Course, please visit our Eventbrite registration page. ** 

In-Person attendance: 

Registration fee includes breakfast and lunch, refreshments during break, a banquet with dinner, and a technical tour following by drinks and heavy appetizers.   

Remote attendance:

Registration fee includes electronic access to livestream of all invited, contributed and keynote sessions (via Zoom) and a virtual poster session. Note that talks will not be recorded.

Changing your registration

If you need to change from in-person to remote attendance due to Covid19-related reasons, please reach out to organizers@qprc2022.com to arrange for a refund of the original registration fee at least 2 weeks before the conference. You will then be asked to re-register for a remote registration. Processing fees charged by our service provider may apply (around 6-7% of original registration fee).

If you would like to change your registration from remote attendance to in-person, we will provide an 'upgrade' option via Eventbrite after May 1, 2022 that will cover the price difference + additional processing fees.

Students who are applying for Student Support should not register or purchase travel tickets until notified about the decision of the support. If awarded support, instructions on registration and travel will be sent to you.

Note that registration for the Short Course is not included in the conference registration, but is a separate fee ('Add-on') on the Eventbrite page.

Short Course registration will include breakfast and lunch.

 ** Registration through Eventbrite: Former attendees of QPRC may be surprised that our registration is not going through the website of the American Statistical Association (ASA). Due to a change in their system, the ASA is not able to support registration for the QPRC this year and we have had to find another arrangement.
